My mother is a patient of Dr Gabriel who is having an acute issue and we asked to be seen sooner than her already scheduled appointment which is two weeks out and was told by Alex "No" that Dr doesn't want to see her before then. She hasn't seen him for month and current regimen is not working. I've had to take her to ER and still nothing. So much for caring about the patient. Horrible customer service from Alex. He's representing Dr Gabriel poorly and refusing care is unacceptable.
